About the role

Paramount Human Resource Multi-Purpose Cooperative is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainer to join our team in Pampanga, Central Luzon. As a Trainer - Pampanga (Xiaomi), you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and support to our retail staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes to retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
Conduct regular in-store training sessions and one-on-one coaching to reinforce learning and improve performance
Identify and address any skills gaps or training needs within the retail team
Collaborate with the regional and national training teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and best practices
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement
Provide excellent customer service and support to both retail staff and customers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Xiaomi products, features, and industry trends

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a trainer or a team leader preferably within the retail or consumer electronics industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate trainees
Strong product knowledge and understanding of the consumer electronics market
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
Relevant educational qualifications or certifications in training or a related field
