JOB SUMMARY
The Store Supervisor takes full ownership of the entire store and its results. The key result areas include achieving target sales performance and profitability goals, sustaining customer experience, ensuring safety and security, managing and developing talents, and ensuring strict adherence to legal and statutory requirements.
QUALIFICATION- Bachelors Degree
- At least five years of combined work experience in retail and store operations management
- At least two to three years in a supervisory capacity or function
- With experience and exposure in supermarket formats (e.g., neighborhood stores, etc.)
- Require intermediate knowledge of accounting fundamentals, human resource management, sales concepts, retail math, general retail knowledge, and managing inventory
