Coordinate and monitor manpower needs and personnel movements and ensure compliance to departmental manpower budget; recruit requested personnel in accordance with company-prescribed qualifications; assist in the implementation of the company’s programs pertaining to employees’ welfare and motivation such as sports and recreational activities, team building, summer outing, Christmas Party, Promo Plan, internal communications program, etc.; assist in the implementation of the company’s Code of Discipline.
