Job Description

Data Gathering Specialist - Responsible research, for gathering, analysis, collecting, organizing and validating data from various sources or business unit to as a whole improvement, planning and decision making of each department or the organization.

  • Collects and gathers data and information per business unit.
  • Organize and maintain structured databases and records in accordance with company standard.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all gathered data through validation and cross-checking procedures.
  • Organize and maintain well-structured data files, databases, or spreadsheets.
  • Monitor sources for updated information and report inconsistencies or anomalies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications
  • Graduate of business administration or any related course. College under graduate can be considered.
  • With at least two (2)-year work experience related to data gathering.
  • Can drive motorcycle and with personal motorcycle unit to be used in the doing field work.
  • Willing to work on field, to travel anywhere and in wet market.
  • With good communication skills.
  • Proficient with data tools and can work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Can work even during holidays and nigh shift.
  • Trustworthy and with high values of integrity. No bad records and integrity issues.
