Maintenance Manager (PME License Required)
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall maintenance operations and the design and execution of projects.
- Develop and implement an effective maintenance program to ensure maximum reliability of machines and equipment.
- Implement energy management systems to optimize operations.
- Troubleshoot and provide mechanical solutions for equipment issues.
- Ensure continuous improvement of maintenance practices and systems.
- Manage and lead a team of maintenance personnel.
Qualifications:
- Professional Mechanical Engineer is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager.
- At least 15 years of relevant working experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong skills in maintenance, troubleshooting, mechanical management, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager in Manufacturing, specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery), is preferred.
- Willing to work on-site in Batino, Calamba.
