Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and proactive Marketing Strategist VA to support the growth of an online business coaching brand. This role blends hands-on content creation with strategic thinking — the ideal candidate understands brand identity deeply, executes effectively across email marketing and social media, and brings data-informed insights to continuously improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with the brand's established tone of voice and visual identity
  • Create and edit short-form video content including Reels for social media distribution
  • Build landing pages and connect them to email marketing sequences using Kit (ConvertKit)
  • Draft on-brand emails including promotional campaigns, nurture sequences, and client-facing communications
  • Repurpose existing content across formats — for example, transforming video concepts into email copy or social media posts
  • Design marketing assets and presentations in Canva that reflect the brand's visual and aesthetic standards
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to identify what is working and recommend concrete improvements
  • Proactively manage marketing operations — tracking pending tasks, flagging bottlenecks, and keeping all projects moving forward
  • Research emerging trends and regularly bring forward fresh content ideas and strategic recommendations
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels, ensuring every touchpoint aligns with established visual and tonal guidelines

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and day-to-day execution
  • Strong understanding of brand identity, tone of voice, and visual aesthetics
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms — particularly Kit (ConvertKit) — including landing pages and automation flows
  • Experience creating and editing short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or comparable platforms
  • Strong design skills using Canva or comparable tools, with a natural eye for visual composition and brand alignment
  • Ability to interpret marketing performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • A self-starting approach — takes initiative, manages tasks independently, and identifies what needs to be done without prompting
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering quality work with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting coaches, consultants, or online course creators
  • Familiarity with building and optimizing sales funnels and lead generation workflows
  • Experience with Pinterest for brand development or content inspiration
  • A copywriting background with the ability to adapt voice and tone across brand contexts
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • A genuine interest in entrepreneurship, women's empowerment, or the business coaching space
