As a Human Resource Management Officer of Value Chain Solutions, Inc. (VCSI), you are responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation, while helping foster a positive and productive work environment.

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations concerns and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support organizational and HR initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized in handling records and documentation.
