General Summary:
Performs basic accounting tasks, as well as accounts payable processes and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works with multiple integrated, linked accounting systems to reconcile multiple bank and general ledger accounts.
- Reconciles accounts to the general ledger of minimal complexity.
- Researches any discrepancies.
- Assists in analysis of data and preparation of organizational dashboard reports.
- Performs account analysis of selected balance sheet and bank statement accounts. Resolves basic problems arising from reconciliation and analysis of accounts.
- Makes recommendations and prepares journal entries when necessary.
- Performs adhoc analysis and participates in special projects as assigned.
Qualification:
- University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
- Generally Requires 1-2 Years relevant work experience (Accounts Payable, Journal Entries)
- SAP System experience is an advantage
- Experience in shared service is an advantage
- With EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILL
- Willing to work in a NIGHT SHIFT SCHEDULE in BGC, Taguig
- Willing to START ASAP
