Is currently looking for:

SAFETY OFFICER / ADMIN ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Establish health and safety committees
• Develop health and safety programs and policies
• Involves working to deadlines and ensuring that all departments of the organization are following the safety protocols
• Create safety programs appropriate in the day-to-day activity within the company
• Implement and maintain safety standards and regulations
• Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures Initiate and organize health and safety training of employees and executives
• Carrying out inspections of workstations and takes necessary action to ensure compliance
• Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations
• Respond and investigate to employees health and safety concerns/complaints
• Respond and investigate accidents or injuries occur in the workplace
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• With at least 1 year experience
• With oral and written communication skills, leadership skills, Microsoft Office proficient
• Good analytical skills, leadership skills and can do multi-tasking
• With BOSH Certification for Safety Officer
