Scrum Master

Are you passionate about Agile delivery and team empowerment? We’re looking for a Scrum Master who can champion Agile principles, guide high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement across our product delivery lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile/Scrum best practices.
• Facilitate all key Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Monitor team velocity and sprint health to ensure realistic, achievable goals.
• Proactively identify and remove blockers to keep the team moving forward.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and communication across all stakeholders.

• Create a safe, collaborative space for innovation and high performance.
• Guide the team toward self-organization and ownership of delivery.
• Encourage a feedback-rich culture through regular retrospectives.
• Constructively support individual performance and team dynamics.
• Champion the Definition of Done (DoD) and quality-first delivery mindset.

• Serve as a key liaison between the Product Owner, team, and stakeholders.
• Support backlog refinement to ensure stories are well-groomed, prioritized, and actionable.
• Align with the product roadmap, sprint planning, and release readiness.
• Help establish and reinforce clear definitions of Ready and Done.

• Track Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, defect rates) and share insights with the team and leadership.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers for seamless delivery.
• Use tools like JIRA to manage and visualize team progress, dependencies, and blockers.

• Collaborate with support, operations, and vendor teams to ensure smooth deployments.
• Manage team utilization and raise resourcing or capacity concerns proactively.
• Participate in Scrum of Scrums, agile community events, and drive Agile maturity initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience in Agile environments.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe SM, or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, metrics, and delivery tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams a plus.
• Must be willing to work in BGC on a hybrid set up.
