You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products and services while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall service.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company updates.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required — training will be provided.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.
