We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products and services while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall service.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company updates.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer service experience is preferred but not required — training will be provided.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.
