We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced BPO environment. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-tier service in alignment with company policies and procedures.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound or outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns efficiently while ensuring satisfaction.
• Provided information about products/services, troubleshooting steps, and solutions to customer issues.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Resolve customer concerns, ensuring the best possible outcome for both the customer and the company.
• Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and policies.
• Ensured compliance with company procedures and standards for customer interactions.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• Senior High school graduate
• With 6 months experience in the BPO industry (preferably in a voice account)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Typing proficiency (35 WPM).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
