The Formulary Rebate Analyst III is responsible for executing accurate and timely rebate calculations, clinical utilization modeling and impact reporting in support of our clinical formulary strategies team across an assigned book of business.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines. The Analyst serves as a key liaison between internal teams, ensuring data integrity and delivering actionable insights that support client needs and strategic objectives.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver accurate client rebate reports
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Support strategies to maximize rebate opportunities
- Write and modify SQL queries for reporting and analysis
- Maintain and improve data processes and methodologies
- Track and manage tasks via Salesforce or similar tools
- Perform quality assurance checks on reports
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years relevant experience
- Strong skills in Excel, Word, Access, and SQL
- Background in finance, accounting, or data analysis preferred
- Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
