Security Operations Manager (URGENT)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a safe environment.
• Identify potential security threats and implement preventive measure and respond to emergencies effectively.
• Work closely with local authorities and security agencies to address security concerns.
• Oversee CCTV operations, security personnel, and access control systems.
• Conduct investigations on security breaches and prepare regular reports on security operations and incidents for senior management.
• Train and manage security personnel to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee daily security operations and ensure effective deployment of security personnel and technology.

Qualifications:

• Typically requires 5-7 years of experience in security management or a related field.
• Must have security agency experience.
• Graduate of bachelor's degree in criminology, law enforcement, or a related field is often preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
