About the Company

Skyro is a fast-growing fintech organization based in the Philippines, focused on delivering fair, accessible, and fully digital financial services. Our goal is to promote financial inclusion while enhancing the overall customer journey through innovative lending solutions.

Founded in 2022, Skyro is supported by Breeze Ventures, a Bahrain-based investment firm, and operates locally through Advanced Finance Solutions, Inc. and Skyro Lending, Inc., both officially registered with the Philippine SEC.

• With 1–3 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles, preferably from retail, consumer goods, or electronics industries
• Comfortable presenting products or solutions to clients both in person and through online platforms
• Able to perform well in a fast-moving and target-driven environment
• Strong communication skills with good organizational ability and attention to detail
• Self-driven, proactive, and open to working with different teams and improving processes

• Identify, engage, and onboard SME partners onto the company’s digital platform
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business partners
• Manage day-to-day partner concerns, updates, and coordination needs
• Support initiatives that help grow the company’s digital and merchant network
• Handle end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, client engagement, negotiation, and activation
• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations
• Maintain long-term partnerships with existing merchant accounts and ensure continued engagement
• Participate in regular business reviews and provide updates to both internal teams and external partners
• Review partnership agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and requirements
• Provide ongoing support to merchants after onboarding to ensure smooth operations
