Job Summary:

The F&B Operations & Marketing Supervisor is responsible for supervising restaurant operations during late hours while also managing marketing efforts, especially for events and customer engagement. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, high service quality, and effective promotion of the restaurant’s offerings to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee restaurant operations from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
• Supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues efficiently.
• Ensure proper cash handling, daily sales balancing, and reporting.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for seamless service flow.

• Develop and execute marketing promotions and campaigns to boost sales.
• Handle inquiries for reservations, events, and catering services.
• Coordinate with event organizers, suppliers, and partners for special functions.
• Manage social media postings, updates, and event promotions.
• Track customer feedback and provide insights for service and marketing improvements.
