• Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy/Finance or any related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of working experience as an Accountant/Bookkeeper.
• A Certified Public Accountant is a plus.
• Experience with an Australian Company is a plus
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Flexible-Must be willing to accept 6AM-3PM schedule - onsite
• Must be proficient in Excel formulas
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, accounting principles, and balance sheet management.
• Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory compliance standards.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of balance sheet schedules.
• Perform detailed reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, including bank accounts, intercompany accounts, and accruals.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to balance sheet accounts in a timely manner.

• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide required documentation to auditors.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring financial records are accurate and well-documented.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and audit requirements.

• Prepare and review reconciliations for key accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Generate and analyze financial reports, including cash flow summaries and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Provide assistance with special projects or finance-related initiatives, as assigned by management.
• Perform additional financial analysis or reporting tasks to support business objectives.
• Assist other departments with financial queries and operational support when needed.
