Junior Accountant – Fresh Graduate (Accounting Major) - Muntinlupa

We are a client-focused accounting firm that supports family-owned businesses and SMEs in their tax and compliance needs. We are looking for a fresh graduate in Accountancy or Accounting Technology who is eager to learn and ready to begin a meaningful career in public practice.

The successful candidate will be trained in tax filing, financial statement preparation, and other compliance work while being mentored by experienced professionals.

• Comprehensive hands-on training on tax and compliance
• Work directly with clients and gain real-world experience

• Preparation and filing of BIR tax returns (VAT, Income Tax, Withholding Taxes, etc.)
• Support monthly bookkeeping and financial reporting tasks
• Help organize and maintain client records and working papers
• Perform administrative tasks related to tax and accounting compliance
• Learn and apply current tax laws and accounting standards under supervision
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet client deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related course
• Recent graduate or candidate with less than 1 year of relevant work experience
• Strong interest in accounting, tax, and compliance work
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools
• Detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions well
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willing to be trained and guided by senior staff

• On track to take the CPA exam or interested in becoming a CPA
• Internship experience in an accounting or audit firm
• Familiarity with government reportorial requirements (BIR, SEC, etc.)
