About the role
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for developing and executing effective trade marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and performance, increase product visibility, sales, and strengthen our relationship with trade partners and key accounts.The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and experience in consumer goods or retail marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement tailored trade marketing plans in line with brand and sales strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on key trade marketing opportunities and to execute promotional activities across various channels (traditional and modern trade, e-commerce, etc.)
- Analyze sales data and market trends, shopper behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities to optimize trade marketing initiatives
- Work closely with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to ensure strong brand presence at the point of sale
- Support the marketing team in the development and execution of broader brand marketing campaigns
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a trade marketing or retail marketing role, preferably within the FMCG industry
- Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing successful trade marketing strategies that have driven sales and brand growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset
