Role Objective

Responsible for posting content across all platforms – Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, to maintain brand consistency and engagement.

Job Responsibilities

Publish posts across all channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube)
Engage with new followers and respond to comments/messages to build relationships and generate leads
Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements to boost reach and conversions
Ensure all content aligns with the Company’s tone, style and branding

Job Qualifications

At least 2–3 years of experience as a social media Manage
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple platforms efficiently
Understanding of social media trends and how to adapt them to the brand
Lead generation mindset and customer engagement experience
