Job description:

The role is responsible for producing high-quality creative materials across digital, print, in-store, and promotional channels. This position will execute approved creative requirements that strengthen the brands while ensuring consistency with standards and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design
  • Design and develop marketing collaterals for digital, print, and in-store applications.
  • Produce social media creatives, promotional materials, menus, flyers, posters, standees, packaging artwork, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Resize, adapt, and localize creative assets for multiple channels and formats.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork files in line with printing and supplier specifications.
Brand Execution
  • Ensure all creative outputs comply with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain consistency in typography, colors, layouts, imagery, and overall visual identity.
  • Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in maintaining a consistent and engaging customer experience across brand touchpoints.
Marketing Campaign Support
  • Execute approved creative requirements within agreed timelines.
  • Coordinate artwork revisions with Marketing, Operations, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Support creative needs for store openings, sponsorships, partnerships, and special events.
  • Ensure timely completion of deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
Digital Content Development
  • Produce visual assets for social media, websites, food delivery platforms, e-commerce, and digital campaigns.
  • Assist in photo retouching, image enhancement, and basic video editing.
  • Develop creative assets that drive customer engagement and brand visibility.
Administration
  • Organize and maintain digital artwork libraries, editable files, and brand assets.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the Senior Creative Designer or AVP for Marketing.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or creative services. Fresh graduates with an exceptional portfolio are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is an advantage.
  • Experience in designing marketing materials for retail, food & beverage, or consumer brands is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of photography, video editing, motion graphics, and content creation is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates creativity, initiative, adaptability, and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
