Preventive Maintenance Supervisor

1. Prepares preventive maintenance plans and schedules that are in sync with the organization’s maintenance goals and understands the job well enough to describe what needs to be accomplished, and estimate labor hours, tools, and resources needed to complete different work orders.
2. Adjusts schedules constantly to account for emergency work and attends coordination meetings, as required, for repair and maintenance schedules.
3. Ensures sufficient manpower distribution as to the services required by Poultry Operations. Performs preventive maintenance/ technical procedure effectively.
4. Provides general direction on how all farm roving technical will be distributed efficiently in the performance of their farm route works.
5. Reviews all the farm’s electrical protection devices from the powerhouse to farm equipment inside the farmhouse, establishes a standard procedure (SOP) for work implementation and work requests and review existing procedures for standardization.
6. Coordinates and collaborates with the Technical Supervisor (RM) and the Maintenance Planner in the requisition and acquisition of farm spare parts and farm project materials, local and imported, and is responsible for farm equipment technical training of the roving farm technical team i.e., Farm Supervisors, Assistant Farm Supervisor, Management Trainee, and Farm Specialist.
7. Trains subordinates to accept higher responsibility as part of professional development to rise in the rung of higher supervision and managerial responsibilities, focus to lead his team to attain the goal of the section and work hands-on with the farm roving technical team.

Conducts meeting with subordinates for work schedule status, pending works, and lack of technical reports on completed work requests or emergency work requests coordinated with the reports from the Maintenance Planner, and establishes goal setting for subordinates, recommends technical and soft skills training or workshops intended for subordinates.
