With 5 years of experience as a Commercial Supervisor or in a related field
Familiar with construction materials and market pricing trends
Capable of independently handling: ✔ Price inquiries
✔ Supplier sourcing✔ Quotation comparison
✔ Price negotiation
✔ Procurement negotiation
✔ Candidate with strong legal work or background of law will priority
✔ Can work underpressure
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
