Job Requirements:

• Educational Level:
• College degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Hospitality
• Language Proficiency:
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Skills:
• Ability to assess situations, adapt to environments, and make informed decisions.
• Strong sense of responsibility and effective decision-making skills.
• Analytical mindset with a broad understanding of market dynamics.
• Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing sales data and financial statements.
• Solid business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
• Familiarity with OTA (Online Travel Agency), SOE and Channel Management Systems.
• Understanding of Dynamic Pricing strategies.
• Experience:
• Experience as a Hotel Revenue Management, Sales or Reservation Management position, or OTA, CMS companies background.
• Certificates Required:
• Bachelor or Masters degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality or economic studies
