• Act as a liaison between consultants, clients, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication.
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers and consultants.
• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for project execution.
• Support implementation of project management tools and software to track deliverables and resources.
• Track project progress, identify potential delays, and work with teams to resolve issues.
• Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and client presentations.
• Address client inquiries and escalate concerns to project managers when necessary.
• Support conflict resolution between stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Must be excellent in oral, writing and reading skills in English and Mandarin language.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, MS Project, or similar).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with budget tracking and financial reporting is a plus.
