Position Overview: Software Developer

We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals, whether you are:

• A fresh graduate or career starter, or
• A developer with more than 1 year of experience
• Training will be provided after assessment, regardless of experience level.

Key Responsibilities

During Training:

• Take ownership of the knowledge and skills taught during training
• Actively learn unfamiliar technical and domain concepts
• Communicate effectively and provide feedback to trainers
• Demonstrate eagerness to grow as a full-stack developer

After Training:

• Collaborate with the Scrum team to deliver high-quality software
• Continuously improve development processes and project workflows
• Deliver shippable increments every sprint with the team
• Gather and analyze end-user requirements
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems
• Review user feedback to enhance software performance and usability
• Create and maintain technical documentation

Qualifications

For Fresh Graduates / Less Than 1 Year Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• Willingness to undergo training and learn new technologies
• Strong problem-solving mindset and teamwork skills

For Experienced Developers (1+ Year Experience):

• Proficient in any of the following is an advantage:
