What you'll be doing

Oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment and systems
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise, ensuring minimal downtime
Perform preventive maintenance and implement improvement measures to enhance system reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for process optimization
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations
Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior engineers and technicians

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
A minimum of 1 year experience as a Shift Engineer in the Engineering industry
Strong technical expertise in the operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems
Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Thorough understanding of relevant safety and environmental regulations
