Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (Voice) for multiple in-demand accounts located in Cebu IT Park. Priority openings are for Streaming and Search Engine campaigns, with additional opportunities in travel, cruise, and financial accounts.

- Streaming Account (Voice)
- Search Engine Account (Voice)
- Travel and Cruise Account (Voice)
- Financial Account (Voice)
- Healthcare (Voice) Fixed Weekend Off
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls
- Provide support for account-specific concerns (streaming, search, travel, or financial services)
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions

Qualifications:
