What You’ll Do- Design and build AI-driven automation solutions to streamline internal workflows
- Maintain and optimise existing automations to improve reliability, efficiency, and user experience
- Identify manual or repetitive processes and recommend smarter automation opportunities
- Develop, test, and improve automation workflows using AI tools, APIs, and integration platforms
- Work with business teams to understand process gaps and translate them into practical automation solutions
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AI automation, workflow automation, or platform integration, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Applied AI, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, and comfortable working across both coded and no-code environments
- Exposure to Azure environments (hosting, deployment, APIs, databases) with experience in Python, Azure, or OpenAI
- Skilled in API integrations, data flows, and multi-system connectivity to improve process efficiency
- Familiarity with AI use cases such as voice automation, AI-assisted workflows, or intelligent process automation
- Experience with CRM platforms, operational tools, logistics systems, or recruitment/staffing platforms is a plus
- Good English communication skills and ability to work cross functional teams
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6.00 AM – 3.00 PM PHT) with a hybrid setup (1 day onsite, other days remote).
- Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with a hybrid setup (1 day onsite, other days remote).
