Job description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our table service restaurant team. The successful candidate will oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service, exceptional guest experiences, and efficient coordination between service and kitchen staff.This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a table service or full-service dining environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to handle guest relations professionally and calmly.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and cost control.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
