Employment Type: Full-timeShift: Day Shift (Shifting) - 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM (PH DST) / 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (after DST), Sunday and Monday off

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with RingCentral, Teams Voice, or Five9
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
- Strong understanding of PBX systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to analyze business processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures
- Plan and maintain company-wide PBX dial plan
- Identify network and PBX key performance metrics
- Define, document, and enforce system standards
- Collaborate with IT peers on operational concerns, including RCA discussions, incident escalations, remediation, and service improvement projects
- Update job knowledge through educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organizations
- Accomplish information systems and organizational mission by completing related results as needed
