DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
General Accounting Functions- Generating and reviewing accurate invoices to SAP system
- Monitoring customer accounts for delayed payments
- Matching, batching, and recording incoming payments to the correct accounts
- Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer files, contact information, and payment histories
- Preparing aging reports on accounts receivable activities
- Preparing quarter and annual documents needed for BIR and other regulatory compliance
- Practices religiously company rules and regulations on personnel conduct and other policies or programs concerning safety, security, energy, and materials conservation. Interprets such rules and regulations in the course of implementation, should the occasion arise.
- Practices good housekeeping in this area of responsibility.
- Performs other functions which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
