Position Title: Supervision Director

Job Description:

1. Focus on Customer Value and Accountability: The supervisory director should consistently prioritize the creation of customer value and the implementation of accountability measures. This involves identifying issues through continuous supervision and promptly reporting them to the Management.
2. Participate in Key Meetings and Address Issues: The supervisory director should regularly attend relevant meetings (e.g., AT meetings) to identify and address issues related to cadre evaluation, appointment, and motivation. Corrective actions should be taken promptly to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
3. Review and Correct the Exercise of Key Powers: The supervisory director should regularly review the exercise of key powers by management and take corrective actions through appropriate reporting mechanisms to ensure compliance and proper governance.
4. Report Noncompliance: The supervisory director should inspect and report any irregularities to relevant supervisory departments to maintain accountability and integrity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or Business Administration with at least 10 years of experience in a top management role.
• Finance Family-Risk Control Category-Audit and Supervision
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Goal-oriented and customer-focused team player
• Highly proficient in Chinese and English language considering the stakeholders include both local and Chinese.
