About the Role

Lynk Global is seeking a Collections Associate to support our accounting team through timely, professional collections follow-ups and day-to-day receivables coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at professional client communication, maintains high attention to detail, and enjoys working closely with finance teams. You will play a key role in ensuring client payment commitments are tracked accurately, outstanding balances are monitored, and documentation is kept up to date to keep business cash flow running smoothly.

Please note: This is a fully on-site role in BGC, Taguig. Applicants must be able to work on-site full-time. NO hybrid or Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the accounting team by conducting scheduled payment follow-ups via phone and email
  • Communicate professionally with international clients regarding outstanding balances and payment status
  • Record follow-up actions, payment commitments, and relevant interaction note accurately
  • Coordinate with the accounting team to clarify billing details or resolve payment concerns
  • Monitor assigned accounts, track payment timelines, and maintain up-to-date collections documentation
  • Escalate unresolved accounts to senior accounting management as required
  • Follow company policies, data privacy standards, and internal collections procedures
Requirements
  • College Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in any course)
  • 1+ years of experience in collections, payment follow-ups, or a client-facing coordination role
  • High comfort level with professional phone and email communication (Note: This is targeted follow-up, NOT a high-volume call center environment)
  • Strong organizational skills with a reliable approach to tracking and detail management
  • Basic computer skills and a strong willingness to learn internal tools and systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with accounting teams and internal stakeholders
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience supporting finance or accounting teams is highly regarded
  • Previous exposure to international or Australian (AU) based business clients is a plus
