1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand visibility and drive customer engagement
2. Manage and optimize the company's website, social media channels, and other digital platforms to improve user experience and increase website traffic
3. Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to identify target audience insights and trends
4. Create and curate compelling content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email marketing campaigns, to attract and retain customers
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels
6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing efforts and improve ROI

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably with exposure to Australian and international clients
3. Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and content management systems
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive insights to drive strategic decisions
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and present ideas effectively
6. Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising strategies
7. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team
