About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join TTEC Cebu 2' as a Customer Service Agent. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in a fast-paced, virtual environment. This is a full-time role based in Pasay City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing
  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
  2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  3. Provide product and service information to customers
  4. Update customer records and documentation
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent customer experience
  6. Adhere to company policies and procedures
What we're looking for
  1. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, virtual environment
  6. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
