Senior Designer for Interior Design BIM

Position Overview:

This is for one-year contract only.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop high-quality design concepts under the guidance of senior architects or the design director.
2. Produce design drawings, diagrams, and 3D models using Revit.
3. Support the iterative design process, including sketches, modeling, and digital presentation.
4. Refine spatial layouts, forms, and architectural elements to align with the design vision.
5. Assist in preparing internal presentations and design documentation.
6. Participate in internal design meetings to review progress, provide input, and align with team direction.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design intent is maintained across project stages.
8. Stay current with architectural design trends, precedents, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in a design-focused architectural role.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing conceptual and developed design work.
• Proficiency in BIM System particularly with Revit.
• Ability to work independently within a structured design direction.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual composition.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
