Customer Support Representative (90% Chat/Email, 10% Voice) – Hiring Now
About the role
We are currently looking for a friendly and talented Customer Support Representative to join our team at GDV BUSINESS SERVICES CO.' in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will involve primarily handling customer inquiries and support through chat and email channels (90%), with some light voice support (10%).
What you'll be doing- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients through prompt and effective resolution of their inquiries and issues
- Respond to customer questions and concerns via chat, email and occasionally phone
- Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions in a friendly and professional manner
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and make recommendations to management
- Work collaboratively with the wider customer service team to ensure smooth operations
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- A friendly, patient and empathetic personality
- Knowledge of the Call Centre & Customer Service industry and Customer Service - Call Centre practices
