The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the social presence of a brand that is making a real impact on people's health and well-being.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Ancient Remedies' brand identity and business objectives, including the launch of our new supplement line.
• Manage and oversee all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, X), including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and community management.
• Create engaging, high-quality, and on-brand content (including graphics, videos, stories, and written posts) that resonates with our target audience and promotes our books and upcoming supplements.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply that knowledge to current and future social media efforts.
• Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance, identify insights, and optimize content and campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
• Develop and implement paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales for both books and supplements.
• Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and interactive environment.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaigns.
• Identify and engage with influencers and partners to expand our reach and amplify our message.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in social media, natural health, and e-commerce.

• Proven work experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the health, wellness, or e-commerce industries.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns is a plus.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong copywriting abilities.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for natural health, herbal remedies, and holistic wellness is highly desirable.
