Sales Representative - Quezon City

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

1. By answering telephone, e-mail, messenger to get inquiries, according their needs to check appropriate products, then make quotation to the clients .
2. Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
3. Follow up the order status and collect the payment .
4. Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.
5. Updating records of customer communications and contact information.
6. Be able to develop an excellent rapport with your existing customers and source new clients.
7. Learn more knowledgeable about our products and competing products .

**Sales Representative Requirements:

• 1 year or more of online sales experience.
• Proficiency in using computers and office software, such as Excel, word.
• Ability to demonstrate proficient selling techniques including how to effectively communicate with clients, discover client's needs, close the deals, resolve their concern in a patiently and quickly manner.
• Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals.
• Experience in Facebook platforms is a plus advantage.
• Experience in working technical company is an advantage, for example, IT, computer, or relevant.
