Manila - Network Administrator

We are looking for a Network and Infrastructure Administrator to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing our network and server infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across all systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall, switches, routers)
• Manage and secure Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file/print servers
• Monitor system and network performance; implement upgrades and patches when necessary
• Implement and maintain network and endpoint security, including antivirus, firewall rules, and intrusion detection
• Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures
• Provide technical support for server, network, and infrastructure-related concerns
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, hardware, and software
• Manage user access and permissions following security protocols
• Assist in IT infrastructure planning and documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards and policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
• At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in Network and Infrastructure Administration
• Strong background in Active Directory, Windows Server administration, and Microsoft Exchange
• Solid understanding of network protocols, firewall configuration, and IT security best practices
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS) is an advantage
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or in a team
