ARCHKO Design + Build Santo Tomas Full-time
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join ARCHKO Design + Build. As a full-time Field Architect based in Sto. Tomas City, Batangas, you will play a key role in overseeing on-site execution, ensuring design integrity, and driving the successful delivery of construction projects.
This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong balance of technical expertise and hands-on project management to deliver high-quality developments on schedule.
Job Description- Supervise daily on-site construction activities for residential projects, ensuring all work complies with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, manpower allocation, material usage, and overall site productivity to meet project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce quality control measures.
- Identify technical issues, recommend practical solutions, and coordinate corrective actions with contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly accomplishment reports, progress updates, and necessary documentation.
- Coordinate closely with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding project requirements and site concerns.
- Assist in design development, including preparation of architectural drawings and detailed plans when required.
- Translate approved design concepts into construction-ready drawings and ensure accurate on-site implementation.
- Conduct site visits with clients as needed to provide updates and address concerns professionally.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (license is an advantage but not required).
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in residential construction and site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, D5, and V-Ray.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions on-site.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work on-site as needed.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and project teams.
- Adaptable, team-oriented, and open to feedback in a fast-paced work environment.
