About the role
This is a full-time Executive Driver position based in Paranaque City Metro Manila, supporting the CEO and senior leadership team of HH GROUP OF COMPANIES. As the Executive Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting the CEO and other executives to various business engagements and meetings, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanour.
What you'll be doing- Safely operate a company vehicle to transport the CEO and other executives to and from business meetings, events, and other destinations
- Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of executives during transit
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and discreet demeanour at all times
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, and operate the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
- Assist with loading and unloading of any luggage or equipment as needed
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues or concerns to management
- Coordinate with executive assistants and other team members to ensure efficient transportation scheduling
- Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to maintain a professional, discreet demeanour
- Familiarity with the local area and ability to navigate efficiently mostly Makati and Taguig
- Strong time management and organizational skills to coordinate transportation schedules
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
