Automotive mechanic

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee maintenance inspections and preventive maintenance of fleet/company vehicles according to required schedule.
2. Diagnose problems of all company vehicles
3. Perform mechanical repairs and replacement of parts
4. Performing basic automotive care, including changing oil and rotating tires
5. Ensuring all critical parts are checked and tested after repair
6. Monitor inventory of tools
7. Assist in the overall operations of the Vehicle Logistics Department whenever required during Port operations and manual pull-out deliveries.
8. Perform driving and parking of commercial vehicles as required.
9. All other general affairs as indicated by superior.

Qualifications:

1. Must be a Highschool/Vocational or automotive course graduate
2. With at least 2 years working experience in a similar role
3. Can drive 4-wheeled vehicles and must possess a valid Driver's License. Professional Driver's License with restriction 2 & 3 is preferred but not required.
4. Strong attention to details and problem solving skills
5. Knowledge of automotive parts and experience in repairing and maintaining trucks/tractor heads is an advantage
6. Willing to do field works from time to time as required
7. Willing to be assigned in Sta. Rosa, Laguna with a work schedule from Monday - Saturday
