• Database management skills needed
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills – specifically comfortable with the construction sector (tradespeople as well as white collar professionals)
• We are looking for someone who will be calling candidates
• We will be able to provide them with the lists of people to call
• Call script will be provided with open questions
• They will need to find out information about the candidate like company they work for, job title, when they started there, information about the company, construction project details, etc.
• If they are open to new job opportunities, pivot the conversation into a mini phone screen/registration
• Based on the conversation, update the database and notify the Marble Recruitment Consultant with relevant info (we will define that depending on the list of individuals)
• If unable to get in contact via the phone, they can help source and update the above info via tools like LinkedIn or Seek Database
