Internal Auditor (Systems & ISO Compliance)

The Systems & Internal Audit Officer (ISO) conducts audits across all departments, evaluates internal controls, systems, and risk management processes, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Maintains accurate audit records and documentation within a manufacturing environment.
Key Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- with ISO Certification (ISO 9001 - QMS)
- With relevant audit experience (FMCG or manufacturing industry preferred)
- Proactive and demonstrates strong initiative
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Computer literate (proficient in MS Office and/or ERP systems)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits across key functions: Production, Finance, HR, IT, and Supply Chain
- Assess internal controls, identify risks, and recommend practical improvements
- Review ERP systems and IT controls to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ISO 9001
- Prepare clear, insightful audit reports for Management/Chairman
- Monitor and follow through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Maintain accurate and organized audit documentation
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence (5S)
