Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce creative graphics for marketing materials, advertisements, social media, websites, brochures, presentations, and other promotional content.
- Develop layouts, illustrations, logos, and visual assets that align with the company’s branding and communication goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and other departments to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for different platforms (print, web, social media).
- Edit and retouch photos, videos, and other multimedia assets as needed.
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects and suggest design improvements when necessary.
- Stay updated on current design trends, software, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Artist, Graphic Designer, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) or equivalent tools.
- Strong creativity and ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Attention to detail, strong layout, typography, and color skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
