Financial Planning Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting activities.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Conduct variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data used for planning and analysis.
- Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams during month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
- Support external and internal audit requirements as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- At least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience in multinational, shared services, manufacturing, retail, or corporate environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent)
