Purpose: Own end-to-end lab-to-coach integrations, translating business and operational needs into clear technical execution.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and document business, lab, and operational requirements.
- Translate requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Serve as intermediary between product owners, lab operations, vendors, and the app development team.
- Evaluate scope, feasibility, and developer estimates objectively.
- Improve integration quality as new lab tests are introduced regularly.
- Coordinate with external vendors for requirement clarification and user testing.
- Maintain neutrality and systems-level oversight across integrations.
- Strong experience translating business requirements into technical documentation.
- Systems thinking and ability to evaluate scope and feasibility.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, operations, and technical teams.
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working overlapping US & Manila time zones
- Experience in lab operations, health services, or similar environments.
- Experience working with API-driven vendors or third-party integrations.
