Supply Chain Manager (Mandarin-Speaking)

We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Supply Chain leader who can take ownership of our operations in the Philippines and work closely with international stakeholders and suppliers.

This role is open to both Manager and Director-level candidates, depending on your experience and leadership capability.

Your focus will be to stabilize, optimize, and scale supply chain operations—ensuring efficiency across demand planning, procurement, and inventory while driving better decision-making and team performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage the local Supply Chain team, driving accountability and performance
• Set clear roles, KPIs, and expectations across the function
• Coach and develop team members while maintaining strong operational oversight

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations:
• Demand planning & forecasting
• Procurement & supplier coordination
• Inventory management & order fulfillment
• Ensure smooth execution of daily operations with focus on:
• On-time delivery
• Order accuracy
• Cost control

• Identify gaps and inefficiencies across the supply chain
• Standardize workflows and introduce process improvements
• Drive automation and system improvements where applicable

• Work closely with international teams and suppliers (Mandarin-speaking required)
• Align operations with business priorities and market demands
• Navigate cross-cultural communication and supplier relationships effectively

• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Logistics
• 3+ years in a leadership role (team management required)
• Strong background in:
• Imports / international trade
• Inventory and supply planning
• Supplier/vendor management
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)

• Experience handling international suppliers (China or Mandarin-speaking markets)
• CPIM / CSCP or similar certifications
